A high-angle conveyor belt consists of three parts: the base belt, the sidewall, and the cross-partitions. The sidewall prevents material from slipping and falling. To facilitate routing around the roller, the sidewall is designed in a corrugated shape; the function of the cross-partition is to support the material. In order to achieve high-angle conveying, a T-type or TC-type is used. The sidewall and the cross-partition are connected to the base belt using a secondary vulcanization method, which has very high connection strength
